Having lived in Los Angeles, I've had the opportunity to learn entertainment payroll. Processing payroll for union and non-union employees. It has given me a closer look at the behind the scenes of entertainment production. I've also immersed myself in the realm of sports management. And had a chance to work with an industry leader in wind energy technology.

As a Library Catalog Specialist, on the Full Sail University campus it allowed me the opportunity to learn the skills needed to organize Full Sail’s visual resources and books on various aspects of entertainment. Being a unit production manager on freelance projects as well as working as the office manager for MoonNight Productions, a videography company, has helped me understand how to manage a crew as well as keeping all project paperwork in order.

Diving into the world of payroll has given me a different perspective in the realm of People and Culture. All the while still writing freelance whenever a project arises. And to top it off being a mom of five.
