Quoc Quan Le

Quoc Quan is a Vietnamese American filmmaker who was born and raised in Wisconsin. After moving out to Southern California in 2013, he worked on the documentary, "Game Girls," which chronicles the lives of women in Skid Row. The film premiered at the Berlin Film Festival in 2018. Recently, he was the in-house cinematographer for an arthouse theatre company called Art Rat Theatre. He was able to document the show's first season run last fall. Their 14 webisodes can be found on YouTube. Quoc Quan has volunteered with Project MotiVATe, serving once as their program director. He has also worked with the Boys and GIrls Club of Westminster and volunteered with the Vietnamese American Arts and Letters Association on various occasions since his time in Orange County. He earned his bachelor's degree in Film & Video Production from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
