Court Ross

Director, Screenwriter

Court Ross is a displaced Illinoisan who graduated from Florida State University’s College of Motion Picture Arts with a degree in film production and staying up too late. Most recently, she directed "Again and Again"—a documentary-style short about a day-in-the-life of an advocate at a domestic violence shelter—with a 100% female/non-binary cast and crew. Court never wants to be defined by one thing, which may explain why she never eats a sandwich without chips. And why she’s made it her life’s mission to write stories about misunderstood and underrepresented women. Her favorite pastimes include writing cheesy poems and helping people reach things on the top shelf.
