Tess Raunig

Tess Raunig (they/them/theirs) is a disabled, non-binary multidisciplinary creative and performer based in Portland Oregon. They are happy to have finally made the decision to join Catalyst Film Collective, after acting in the CFC produced short film Again and Again in 2019.

They have worked with local companies such as Artists Repertory Theatre, hand2mouth, Oregon Children’s Theatre, Bag & Baggage Productions, Adventuress Films, and Oyster Shell Productions. They are an associate artist with Original Practice Shakespeare Festival. Tess is also a teaching artist, campus coordinator, and choral director at PHAME Academy, an arts school for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They sing and play keyboard in the Portland based theatrical folk pop band, Sasha and The Children. When they aren't acting, writing, playing music, or teaching, Tess enjoys drinking tea,
social justice activism, and hanging out with their fur babies Hotspur and Cleo.
