Cara Ehlenfeldt

I'm a director and producer based in Portland, Oregon. Following grad school at Northwestern, I began my career producing audio in NYC, working on productions for Radiotopia’s The Truth, Phoebe Reads a Mystery, Criminal, Gideon Media, and more. I'm currently a member of Mumble Media, a worker-owned audio production cooperative specializing in fiction, where I develop new shows and work in production and post. I'm passionate about telling stories with queer narratives and complex LGBTQ+ characters. My favorite projects are character-driven and blend naturalism with dramedic quirk.
