Amanda Jessica Boyd

Hi!

My name is Amanda Jessica Boyd. I am passionate about storytelling. Ever since I can remember I was always drawn to television and not the way that most children looked at it. I looked for the editing mistakes and the off key lines. Growing up others told me I was the worse to watch something with because I would pick it apart! Well decades later I am here writing this bio because I have finally decided to give this screen writing thing a try. I completed a degree in Clinical Laboratory Science at the University of Texas Medical Branch and two days after graduation I drove to the beautiful state of Oregon. There is nothing that I would change in my journey and I have been enjoying every moment of learning and growing in this industry. Currently, by day I am a Risk Analyst for bikeshare and at night I have a podcast, a non profit, and I write movies and books. Whew!
