Abby Thompson

Hi! I'm a writer & director living in the Washington state. My love of film is rooted in a passion for collaborative storytelling, unique characters, and the subtlety of relationships and dialogue. As a Pacific Northwest native, my work is inspired by the history and aesthetic of my home.

My short film, Lovely Legs (2018), just finished a successful local festival run, winning in Best Narrative Short categories at the PSU Student Film Showcase and Grand Film Festival, as well as, Honorable Mention at Portland International Film Festival, Port Orchard Film Festival, and Klamath Falls Film Fesitval.
